These Terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between the Company ("we," "us," "our") and the Customer ("you," "your").

2. Definitions

  • "Company/We/Us/Our": Refers to Global Automation Import Export Hong Kong, located at the address above.

  • "Products/Goods": Refers to all items offered for sale, including but not limited to Laboratory Testing Devices, Climate Chambers, Industrial Automation Products, CNC Machines, and Textile Machinery.

  • "Customer/You": Refers to the individual or entity purchasing goods or using our website.

  • "Contract": Refers to the legally binding agreement between you and us for the sale and purchase of Goods.

3. Information About Us

The website and services are operated by Global Automation Import Export Hong Kong. We are a registered entity operating out of Hong Kong. Our Laboratory Testing Devices Department specializes in the global trade of precision scientific instruments and industrial machinery.

4. Products and Services

4.1 Product Descriptions: We endeavor to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, and images of Products on our website are accurate. However, due to the technical nature of Laboratory Testing Devices and Industrial Machinery, specifications are subject to change by manufacturers without notice. We advise Customers to verify all critical specifications before ordering.
4.2 Laboratory Devices: Our expertise includes, but is not limited to, Climate Chambers, Spectrometers, Chromatographs, Universal Testing Machines, and other Analytical Instruments.
4.3 Industrial Machinery: We also facilitate the trade of CNC Machines, Textile Machinery, and Automation Products as part of our legacy business.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Quotations: All prices provided are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations, currency exchange rates, and manufacturer price adjustments.
5.2 Currency: All transactions are processed in [Insert Currency, e.g., USD, HKD] unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5.3 Payment Terms: Payment terms are negotiated on a per-order basis. For international trade, standard terms may include Letter of Credit (L/C), Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), or other mutually agreed methods.
5.4 Taxes and Duties: Prices do not include import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes (such as VAT or GST), or brokerage fees. The Customer is responsible for all such charges associated with the importation of goods into their country.

6. Import and Export Compliance

6.1 Customer Responsibility: As an import/export specialist, we facilitate the movement of goods. However, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Products comply with the local laws, regulations, and standards of their destination country (e.g., CE marking, UL certification, specific import licenses).
6.2 Trade Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect a violation of international trade sanctions or embargoes.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Title

7.1 Incoterms: All shipments are governed by the latest Incoterms published by the International Chamber of Commerce. The specific Incoterm (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) will be agreed upon in the Sales Contract.
7.2 Risk and Title: Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. Title to the Goods passes to you upon our receipt of full payment.
7.3 Delivery Times: Any delivery dates provided are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

8. Inspection and Returns

8.1 Inspection Upon Delivery: It is the Customer's responsibility to inspect all Goods immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage to packaging or products must be noted on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) and reported to us within 48 hours.
8.2 Returns Policy: Due to the specialized nature of Laboratory and Industrial Machinery, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind. Returns are only considered for:
- Defective goods (covered under manufacturer warranty).
- Items shipped in error by us.
8.3 Warranty Claims: Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty vary by product and manufacturer. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims but are not the warrantor of the goods.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Automation Import Export Hong Kong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.
9.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Product giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy Policy

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
